From I-95 Northbound: Exit 90 (Mystic Seaport, Route 27 exit), go right at end of exit onto Route 27. Continue south on Route 27 and past Mystic Seaport Museum. Third street on the right AFTER Mystic Seaport Museum Stores is Holmes Street. Go right on Holmes Street, continue south 3 blocks to the corner of Holmes and Church Street. The Schooner Wharf brick factory building is on the left (east) side of the street.

I-95 Southbound: Exit 90 (Mystic Seaport, Route 27 exit), go left at the end of exit onto Route 27. Follow directions as above from “going South on Route 27” to “Schooner Wharf.”

RTE 1 (from Stonington and points north/east): Travel route 1 to Mystic. At the Liberty Flagpole (located in the road just before the Bascule drawbridge), bear, right onto Holmes Street. Proceed north 1 block to the corner of Holmes and Church Street. The Schooner Wharf brick factory building brick factory building is located at that corner, on right hand side of the road.

Rte 1 (from Groton and points south/west): Travel Route 1 to Mystic. Go over the Bascule drawbridge. At the Liberty Flagpole (located in the road just after the drawbridge), bear left onto Holmes Street. Proceed north 1 block to the corner of Holmes and Church Streets. Schooner Wharf’s brick factory building is located at that corner, on right hand side of the road.

Customer Parking: Once at Schooner Wharf, customer parking is available in either of two parking lots:

the small front parking lot visible at the corner of Holmes & Church Streets, or;
the back parking lot on Church Street behind the brick factory building.

To access Mystic River Yarns from the front parking lot, simply go up to the deck via the steps or the ramp and bear left to the far end of the deck. Mystic River Yarns is located at the end of the courtyard.

To access Mystic River Yarns from the rear parking lot, look for the set of double doors with a “Schooner Wharf” sign, go down the hall and Mystic River Yarns is the second door on the left.

Please note that parking at Schooner Wharf is PRIVATE PARKING for Schooner Wharf businesses and patrons only.
