Spindles

Free Spinning Demonstration and Mini Clinic
at Mystic River Yarns

Saturday January 30, 2010, 1pm-3pm with Patricia Fortinsky of Tidal Yarns. See spinning in action and/or get help on basic spinning techniques with Patricia and other local spinners. Mini-Clinic participants: bring your wheel or drop spindle and a small supply of roving. Please call ahead to sign up for the mini-clinic.

An extra supply of drop spindles and roving will be available for demonstration purposes.

Bring in your treasure in-need for a spec and estimate! Custom orders for finished goods are welcome. Estimates are based on materials, time and complexity of design.

The original Sheep to Shore Certificate program for garments (sweaters, jackets, coats, ponchos from baby to adult sizes) now includes Shawls, capes and capelets!

Now in its ninth year (as is MRY), here's how it works: Bring in your completed garment AND the MRY receipt for the yarn you used and then receive a SHEEP TO SHORE CERTIFICATE worth 20% off your next GARMENT yarn purchase!
CONDITIONS: does not apply to incomplete projects or photos and does not piggy back other discounts. Original sales receipt must be present with completed project in order to receive Sheep to Shore Discount Certificate. Original Sheep to Shore certificate must be present at time of purchase to receive the Sheep to Shore yarn discount.

NEW! MINI SHEEP TO SHORE!
This Sheep to Shore program works the same as the original Sheep to Shore program but with a 10% Sheep to Shore Certificate for felted and non-felted accessories (socks, hats, mittens, gloves, purses and bags, belts and neckties - that is, just about anything that is considered a garment accessory. Scarves are included but must be at least 8 inches wide and at least 56 inches long.
